Who sends us work

Cabinet shops

Send overflow during a crunch, or skip buying a CNC entirely. Your boxes come back drilled on the 32mm system, doweled if you want, and labeled by part.

Contractors and builders

Built-ins, closets, garage storage and commercial casework, cut from your drawings so your crew only assembles and installs.

Millwork and fixture shops

Large runs of identical parts, oversize panels up to 7' × 14', and shapes routed from DXF.

Makers and DIYers

No shop? Send a hand sketch or a parts list. We’ll draw it up and quote it before anything gets cut.

How an order works

  1. Send your parts

A parts list, CSV, DXF, .cix file, or a PDF or sketch. Note material, grain direction and which edges get banded.

  2. We review and quote

A person checks every order before it’s nested. We flag anything that won’t fit, cut or band the way you drew it.

  3. We cut, bore and band

Parts are nested, labeled at the machine, then edgebanded, drilled and doweled as ordered.

  4. You pick up

Parts are stacked by label at our Mesa shop, 9321 E Willis Rd, Suite 101.

Machines

Each job goes to the machine that suits the part: nested CNC for most cabinet parts, the flat table for drilling-heavy work, and the beam saw for straight sizing.
